Lead and manage fire and security installation projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality compliance, and budget control while supervising engineers and coordinating with stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation engineers and oversee day‑to‑day project delivery.
- Ensure installations meet time, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA/KPI compliance.
- Provide technical support, resolve site issues, and manage snagging activities.
- Coordinate with planners, subcontractors, stores, sales, operations, and customers.
- Maintain accurate use of company systems, field apps, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire and security system installation and project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
