About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct linguistic and functional QA on Finnish language content across web, mobile, and software platforms.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and automation workflows to validate translation accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with localization engineers, translators, and product teams to resolve defects and improve quality processes.
- Maintain and enhance test documentation, including test plans, defect reports, and quality metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on localization tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Native or near‑native proficiency in Finnish and strong command of English.
- Experience with localization QA, linguistic testing, and test automation (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
- Familiarity with translation memory tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ) and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience in agile development environments is a plus.
