About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financials solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Architect end‑to‑end financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, leveraging Workday’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Workday with external systems (ERP, BI, data warehouses) using APIs and middleware.
- Define data models, data governance, and security frameworks to support accurate financial reporting.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct performance tuning, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of Workday financial modules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Financials architect or senior functional consultant.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Financials modules, integration patterns, and data architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
