About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain financial and operational reports in Excel and Zoho CRM dashboards.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions and performance metrics.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis and presentations to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial or business analysis with a strong emphasis on Excel reporting.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM configuration, data extraction, and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
