About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple delivery teams within the Digitise MI Programme.
- Collaborate with product owners, risk finance analysts, and technology leads to define clear sprint goals and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile best practices to ensure timely delivery of the new digitised reporting platform.
- Track progress, manage metrics, and report sprint outcomes to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support the migration of thousands of legacy reports and spreadsheets to a centralized, scalable reporting solution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in finance, risk, or treasury environments, preferably with large‑scale transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum ceremonies, and tools such as Jira (or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Understanding of financial reporting, risk finance concepts, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, foster team collaboration, and adapt to fast‑changing project priorities.
