About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards using Power BI and SQL, ensuring real‑time accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, streamline data pipelines, and implement best practices for data governance.
- Lead financial modeling initiatives, providing scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
- Mentor and coach finance analysts on advanced Excel techniques, data visualization, and reporting standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, reducing cycle times and enhancing data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, reporting, or analytics roles within a large enterprise.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel; experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the consumer goods or related industry is a plus.
