Lead finance workstreams for ERP onboarding, driving end‑to‑end data conversion, governance, and quality while aligning with a global One ERP template and delivering business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the finance perspective for all ERP onboarding and integration projects, ensuring alignment with the One ERP global template.
- Design, execute, and validate end‑to‑end data conversion strategies, guaranteeing data quality, consistency, and traceability.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, controls, and documentation across finance data domains.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, functional leads, external vendors) to resolve integration issues and maintain project timelines.
- Provide financial reporting and analytics support during migration, leveraging SQL and reporting tools to validate migrated data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading finance‑focused ERP integration or migration initiatives.
- Strong expertise in data conversion, data quality management, and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and SQL‑based data extraction/validation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
- Project management experience, preferably with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
