Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training modules that embed financial strategy, risk assessment, and reporting best practices into AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists to refine model outputs, ensuring alignment with real-world financial scenarios.
• Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and propose iterative improvements based on financial metrics.
• Document training processes, create reference materials, and maintain knowledge bases for continuous learning.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, ethical considerations, and governance within AI applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in corporate finance, risk management, or financial consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial concepts into actionable AI training content.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality results on a flexible schedule.
• Based in the EU or UK, with reliable internet connectivity for remote collaboration.
