Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end SAP and HR technology operations, driving stability, automation, and seamless integration across finance and HR systems using SAP, Dayforce, and modern DevOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and operational lifecycle of the SAP platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Architect and maintain integrations between SAP, Dayforce, and other boundary applications, leveraging APIs and middleware.
- Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines for SAP deployments, configuration changes, and data migrations.
- Collaborate with finance and HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and manage a small team of SAP engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on SAP technical experience, including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and Fiori.
- Proven track record in SAP implementation, integration, and automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dayforce (HCM) and related HRIS systems.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
