Software Engineer
Field Services Engineer responsible for ensuring photovoltaic power plants meet performance targets, managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to uphold SLAs and operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure photovoltaic power plants consistently meet agreed service and operational performance targets in line with defined SLAs.
- Review service reports and related documentation promptly, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Team Leader Field Services and subcontractors to guarantee timely execution.
- Monitor critical accounts, providing rapid and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Oversee daily operational activities, resolving outstanding site‑related issues and ensuring smooth plant operations.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high service quality.
- Perform electrical testing and diagnostics to verify system integrity and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field service engineering for photovoltaic or related renewable energy systems.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, internal teams, and customers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret service reports and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in using field service management tools and documentation platforms.
