Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations for solar‑powered robotic installations and maintenance across multiple sites.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize system availability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and on‑site troubleshooting for complex electrical and robotic issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety briefings.
- Coordinate logistics, parts inventory, and vendor relationships to support timely service delivery.
- Mentor and develop field technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field service or maintenance of solar power or robotic systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, and robotics integration.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in a field environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and hands‑on troubleshooting expertise.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
