Systems Engineer
Entry‑level Field Engineer responsible for UAV system field trials, acceptance testing, and user training, ensuring hardware, software, and documentation readiness for deployment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field trials, demonstrations, and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) for UAV systems and related equipment.
- Ensure complete system readiness, verifying hardware, software, accessories, and documentation before deployment.
- Coordinate testing activities with Customer Field Teams for non‑standard trials and special operational requirements.
- Lead user training programs on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Deliver online End User Equipment Certification (EUEC) and refresher training sessions as needed.
- Analyze and close root cause investigations, documenting findings and corrective actions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in UAV or field operations.
- Strong understanding of UAV hardware, software, and testing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for training and documentation.
- Problem‑solving ability with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
