About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, install, and configure audio/visual and networking equipment for live events.
- Provide on‑site technical support, troubleshooting issues during rehearsals and live performances.
- Collaborate with event producers, clients, and remote teams to meet production requirements.
- Document technical setups, run‑lists, and post‑event reports for continuous improvement.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, ensuring readiness for travel and deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in live event production or field engineering.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand as needed.
