About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource within the DTS Help Center, managing customer issues from ticket creation to resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems involving sensors, data acquisition systems, and electronic subsystems in automotive crash and component testing environments.
- Provide remote support via phone, chat, and ticketing, and conduct on‑site troubleshooting at customer facilities when required.
- Document solutions and best practices in the knowledge base to improve first‑time resolution rates.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams to identify root causes and recommend product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software in automotive testing or similar high‑precision environments.
- Strong knowledge of sensors, data acquisition systems, and electronic system integration.
- Hands‑on ability to use Salesforce for ticket management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for on‑site support and testing.
