Field Application Scientist LCMS, Small Molecule

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Application Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers on our LCMS and Small Molecule instruments. This includes conducting on-site demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting, as well as developing and delivering presentations and workshops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mass spectrometry and instrumentation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will involve frequent travel to customer sites, as well as collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to customers on LCMS and Small Molecule instruments
• Conduct on-site demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting
• Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Travel frequently to customer sites to provide support and training

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, biochemistry, biology)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mass spectrometry and instrumentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
• Strong background in LCMS and Small Molecule applications
