Lead the design and deployment of large‑scale autonomous AI systems that optimize semiconductor product operations, spanning pre‑silicon build, verification, test engineering, quality, reliability, and supply chain management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and architect end‑to‑end AI‑driven automation frameworks for semiconductor product development and manufacturing.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate machine‑learning models into verification, test engineering, quality, reliability, and supply‑chain workflows.
- Design scalable, cloud‑native infrastructure to support real‑time data ingestion, model training, and inference at petabyte scale.
- Establish metrics, monitoring, and continuous‑learning pipelines to improve operational efficiency and yield.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence technical strategy across product operations and AI research groups.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- 10+ years of experience designing and deploying large‑scale AI/ML solutions in high‑performance or semiconductor environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of building autonomous, data‑centric architectures that span hardware design, verification, test, and supply‑chain processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
