Data Analyst
Lead product development using Agile and Scrum practices, manage the team backlog, prioritize features, and act as the primary liaison between business owners and development teams to deliver FBS solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are well‑defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning.
- Collaborate with business owners, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business vision into clear, actionable user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure the team follows Scrum best practices.
- Monitor product progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities to meet evolving business needs.
- Serve as the customer proxy, clarifying requirements and validating delivered functionality against expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Agile product ownership or business analysis, preferably within financial services or banking.
- Strong understanding of backlog grooming, user story creation, and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project‑management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of the product’s business domain and a willingness to work closely with senior Product Managers for guidance.
