Factory Quality Engineer - 2nd shift - onsite Tucson, AZ

As a Factory Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment. This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. You will also be responsible for implementing lean six sigma principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, machine learning, and AWS, with experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a 2nd shift position, working onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and efficiency
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement lean six sigma principles
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
• Strong background in quality engineering, machine learning, and AWS
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a 2nd shift role
• Lean six sigma certification or equivalent experience
