About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of simulation and modeling projects that optimize factory production systems.
- Develop and maintain high‑fidelity digital twin models using MATLAB/Simulink and Python to analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate simulation insights into manufacturing strategy and R&D investment decisions.
- Produce visual representations and dashboards that communicate complex simulation results to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field with a focus on manufacturing systems.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, simulation, and optimization within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and data analytics tools for building and validating digital twin models.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
