Facility Security Officer SCO FSO DoD Security Clearance

As a Facility Security Officer/SCO (FSO), you will be responsible for ensuring the security of facilities and personnel with a DoD Security Clearance. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats
• Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate identified risks
• Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards
• Provide security training and awareness programs to personnel
• Monitor and report security incidents and breaches

Requirements

• Active DoD Security Clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information)
• 5+ years of experience in a security-related field
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
