Who You Are
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of facilities and workplace operations across the data center campus offices, field locations, and supporting properties. This role oversees data center office operations, fleet management, workplace services, uniform programs, facilities vendors, and non-critical property operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead facilities operations for all data center offices, including existing and future locations.
- Manage office space planning, workplace standards, and employee experience initiatives.
- Oversee office buildouts, renovations, moves, and workplace improvement projects.
- Manage the data center fleet and vehicle program.
- Manage the data center uniform program and partner with EHS on PPE requirements.
- Oversee non-critical property operations at data center office, warehouse, and support facilities.
- Manage data center facilities vendors, contracts, and service providers.
- Develop and manage data center facilities operating and capital budgets.
- Establish data center facilities standards, policies, and operating procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive facilities, workplace, property management, or operations experience.
- Experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios across multiple geographic locations.
- Experience leading vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and facilities budgets.
- Strong project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
