Fabric Platform Engineer designing, building, and maintaining scalable Microsoft Fabric data platform, creating robust data pipelines and architecture to support enterprise analytics and insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable data architecture within Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines, orchestrating data ingestion, transformation, and loading across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement security, governance, and compliance controls across the Fabric environment.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize performance and cost.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, Lakehouse) and Azure services.
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, .NET).
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
