You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Data, Product, Engineering, and operations, giving you strong exposure to both technical and business challenges. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving real-world data problems, working with modern tools, and taking ownership in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including pipelines, dataflows, lakehouses, and warehouses
  • Develop scalable and reusable data ingestion processes across multiple data sources, including APIs, databases, and third-party systems
  • Build and optimise data models that improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organisation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions
  • Implement monitoring, validation, and alerting to ensure data reliability and trust
  • Deliver high-quality, analytics-ready datasets for reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Introduce and promote DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and structured release processes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align data solutions with wider system architecture and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring high availability and accuracy of data assets
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and standards across the data platform
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency through better use of data
  • Stay current with Microsoft Fabric and cloud data technologies, bringing new ideas and improvements
