Fab15 WET Process & Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled WET Process & Equipment Engineer to join our team at Micron's Fab 15 in Hiroshima, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing wet process and equipment to support the production of advanced semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment engineering, process engineering, and machine learning, with experience in Python and AWS. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop wet process and equipment to support production of advanced semiconductor devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets performance and reliability requirements.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Work with equipment vendors to specify and procure equipment that meets Micron's requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for equipment design and operation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment engineering and process engineering.
• Strong background in machine learning and experience with Python and AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
