Fab15 CMP Process & Equipment Engineer

As a Fab15 CMP Process & Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing CMP processes and equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and implementation of new processes and equipment that meet the company's quality and productivity goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field, with experience in CMP process development and equipment design. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Node.js, as well as experience with machine learning and AWS, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new CMP processes and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing manufacturing lines.
• Optimize existing CMP processes and equipment to improve yield, throughput, and product quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, equipment specifications, and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CMP process development and equipment design.
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, materials science, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Node.js.
• Experience with machine learning and AWS is highly desirable.
