Program Manager
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver F‑35 related systems, coordinating design, integration, and testing while ensuring compliance with defense standards and maintaining a Secret clearance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of F‑35 program components, from requirements definition to delivery and sustainment.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and testing teams to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Manage risk, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain program integrity.
- Maintain compliance with DoD regulations, security protocols, and program documentation standards.
- Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of program management experience in defense or aerospace, with a focus on aircraft or mission systems.
- Strong knowledge of F‑35 architecture, C5ISR, and electronic warfare concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Valid Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
