F-35 Logistics & Sustainment, Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager on our F-35 Logistics & Sustainment team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics and sustainment strategies for the F-35 program. You will work closely with government and industry partners to identify and address key challenges and opportunities, and will be expected to provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics and sustainment strategies for the F-35 program, leveraging technical expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address key challenges and opportunities, and to develop and implement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, and mentor and develop their skills and expertise.
• Collaborate with government and industry partners to identify and address key challenges and opportunities, and to develop and implement solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support logistics and sustainment efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in logistics and sustainment, with a focus on the F-35 program.
• Proven technical expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS, with experience in developing and implementing logistics and sustainment solutions.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with government and industry partners.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support logistics and sustainment efforts.
