Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions for healthcare, leveraging Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, high‑impact products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring robustness and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product teams to translate clinical problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Design and implement scalable model serving infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) using Kubernetes and containerization.
- Lead model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles, integrating feedback loops for performance and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices in code quality, reproducibility, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience with large‑scale data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
