About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams through the full system lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Drive requirements engineering and solutions architecture to ensure mission‑critical capabilities meet performance, security, and schedule targets.
- Develop and enforce reliability and resiliency strategies, incorporating fault‑tolerance, redundancy, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee system integration, verification, and validation activities across hardware, software, and network domains.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to embed security controls and maintain compliance with government standards.
Requirements
- Top‑Secret SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, including requirements management, architecture, and integration.
- Proven expertise in reliability, resiliency, and cybersecurity engineering for mission‑critical environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and interface with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
