Senior support engineer responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing BY Planning solutions using PLSQL, AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, Python, and cloud platforms. Provides 24/7 on‑call coverage, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and delivers best‑practice guidance to customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across BY Planning solutions, leveraging PLSQL, AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, and Python.
- Provide 24/7 on‑call support, responding to system alerts and ensuring high availability during steady‑state operations.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Consulting, and Cloud Services teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and best‑practice recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity and validate that business functions meet customer requirements.
- Document root causes, create knowledge‑base articles, and share insights with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with PLSQL, AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, and Python in a production support environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related monitoring tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.
- Willingness to cover weekend and on‑call shifts as needed.
