About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end‑to‑end technical architecture for SAP Concur Travel platforms, aligning with product strategy and enterprise standards.
- Design, develop, and review microservice‑based components using Java and Spring frameworks, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Lead cloud migration and deployment strategies across AWS/Azure, establishing scalable, resilient infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices for API design, security, and code quality, and conduct architectural governance reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in SAP ecosystems and Java enterprise development.
- Proven track record designing microservice architectures and deploying cloud‑native applications at scale.
- Strong knowledge of API design (REST/GraphQL), security standards, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading technical teams through complex delivery cycles.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
