About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models to identify high‑risk EHS events, leveraging machine learning techniques in Python.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines on AWS, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with EHS subject matter experts to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable dashboards.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support evidence‑based decision making.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and executive‑level presentations, driving continuous improvement in safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics within a regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, manufacturing).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
