Software Engineer
Lead cutting‑edge AI, machine‑learning, simulation and quantum computing projects, turning research concepts into production‑ready solutions for R&D customers while driving data‑centric processes and innovative engineering designs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI and machine‑learning models that address complex engineering challenges.
- Develop simulation‑based design workflows and integrate them with data‑driven processes.
- Collaborate with customer R&D teams to translate research objectives into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Explore and prototype quantum‑computing algorithms for optimization and material‑science applications.
- Document findings, publish technical reports, and contribute to joint research initiatives.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and simulation modeling (e.g., CFD, FEM).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with quantum‑computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a solid understanding of quantum algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary R&D teams.
