Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions, driving data‑driven innovation across the organization using Python, machine learning, and cloud architecture.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end analytics and AI platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, model deployment, and model governance.
- Lead the migration of legacy analytics workloads to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on emerging AI technologies and data‑engineering techniques.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying large‑scale analytics and AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn), and cloud services.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high‑impact projects.
