About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for a large, government‑funded agentic AI program focused on heart failure care optimization.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple Kaiser Permanente sites, external vendors, and federal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and performance metrics, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI and data analytics to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Represent the program in high‑level meetings, presenting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to executive sponsors and government partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations or health system leadership, with a strong background in AI or advanced analytics.
- Proven track record managing large, multi‑site programs and coordinating with federal agencies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Advanced degree in health administration, public health, computer science, or related field preferred.
