Senior leader responsible for defining and executing a multi‑year finance transformation strategy, leveraging data, analytics, automation and AI to modernize FP&A, improve productivity and enhance decision support.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive a multi‑year FP&A transformation and AI roadmap aligned with finance and broader business goals.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of data‑centric analytics, automation and AI solutions that improve reporting quality, cycle time and productivity.
- Partner with finance leaders and business stakeholders to manage change, ensure adoption and embed new capabilities across the organization.
- Prioritize near‑term initiatives and long‑term investments, balancing quick wins with strategic technology investments.
- Own product ownership for finance‑focused data platforms, overseeing governance, performance metrics and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or related financial operations, with a proven record of delivering data‑driven change.
- Deep expertise in data analytics, automation tools and AI/ML technologies applied to finance functions.
- Strong strategic planning and roadmap development skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in change management, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Advanced degree in finance, business, data science, engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
