Software Engineer
Manage end-to-end event technology and registration processes, leveraging event platforms, registration tools, and CRM systems to deliver seamless hybrid experiences and data-driven insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain event technology solutions (virtual, hybrid, and in‑person) to ensure flawless execution.
- Set up and manage registration workflows, attendee data, and integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with event planners, IT, and vendors to align technical requirements with program objectives.
- Monitor live events, troubleshoot technical issues in real time, and provide on‑site support.
- Analyze registration and engagement data to produce post‑event reports and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo) and registration software.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and data analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting audio‑visual, streaming, and networking tools.
