Software Engineer
End User Compute Engineer delivering secure, high‑performing digital workplace solutions, troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, automating tasks with PowerShell, and managing endpoints via SCCM and Azure AD.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line and advanced support for Windows 10 desktops, laptops, and peripherals across the organization.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Manage software distribution, patching, and compliance using SCCM and modern endpoint management tools.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, reporting, and incident remediation.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce Azure Active Directory policies, device compliance, and identity management.
- Document solutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 suite in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM (or similar) for software deployment and patch management.
- Hands‑on scripting ability with PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and endpoint security concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear solutions.
