Labcorp is seeking a remote ETL Test Architect to join our team!

Work Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Responsibilities • Lead ETL QA activities across multiple projects and releases. • Define test strategy, test plans, and QA governance for ETL/Data Warehouse programs. • Ensure smooth delivery by tracking risks, dependencies, defects, and project milestones. • Collaborate with Business, Development, Data Engineering, and Project Management teams.

Minimum Qualifications • Hands-on expertise with Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar ETL tools. • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL architecture. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end test delivery.

Preferred Qualifications • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka). • ETL Test Automation and CI/CD exposure. • Power BI/Tableau knowledge. • 10 or more years overall QA experience with 5 or more years in ETL QA leadership/Test Architect roles.
