ESS Terminals Systems Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex infrastructure, platform, and software systems that support National Leadership Authority capabilities, leveraging Python, C++, Linux, networking, security, AWS, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, high‑availability infrastructure and platform solutions for national security applications.
- Implement and maintain software components using Python and C++ across Linux environments.
- Configure and manage networking, routing, and firewall policies to meet stringent security requirements.
- Integrate AWS services for scalable, resilient deployments and automate provisioning with IaC tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with national security standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems engineering for mission‑critical environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++ with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Deep knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
