About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support for web development tools and environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by remote users.
- Maintain and update Excel dashboards for incident tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and document recurring problems.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with Service Desk tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
- Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
