About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end ERP finance applications, ensuring alignment with global accounting standards and business needs.
- Architect scalable, secure solutions on AWS, integrating SAP and other enterprise systems to support rapid growth.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments, delivering incremental enhancements and major transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and best‑practice frameworks for ERP finance operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP finance architecture, with deep knowledge of SAP and AWS cloud services.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale finance transformations and managing complex integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Advanced problem‑solving ability and a passion for driving operational excellence.
