Lead the end‑to‑end digital transformation of a fast‑growing jewelry brand, migrating from legacy ERP to ERPNext and integrating Shopify, CRM, WhatsApp, inventory, manufacturing and reporting systems to drive operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the migration from legacy ERP to ERPNext, ensuring minimal disruption to retail, manufacturing and e‑commerce operations.
- Design and implement a connected technology stack that integrates ERP, Shopify, CRM, WhatsApp engagement, inventory management and manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, develop data models, and create automated reporting dashboards.
- Lead system testing, data migration, and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, scalability, and security, staying current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations, preferably with ERPNext or similar open‑source platforms.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce integrations (Shopify), CRM systems, and inventory/mfg processes.
- Hands‑on expertise in data migration, API integration, and business reporting tools.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Passion for driving digital transformation in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
