Lead the development and enhancement of a global cash equities platform, driving product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery of market‑access solutions for institutional clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the cash equities platform, aligning with market trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with traders, engineers, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Analyze platform performance data and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous innovation.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and design through testing, launch, and post‑launch monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in equities, fixed income, or related trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of market structure, order routing, and electronic trading workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and experience working with APIs and micro‑service architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering client‑focused solutions.
