About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure HVAC and building automation control strategies for data centers, healthcare, and other mission‑critical environments.
- Program, test, and commission PLC and controller logic using Python, LabVIEW, and industry‑standard tools.
- Integrate IoT sensors and edge devices to enable real‑time monitoring, analytics, and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field service teams to translate customer requirements into scalable system designs.
- Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation using CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit).
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and post‑sale phases, ensuring performance targets are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC control systems, PLC programming, and building automation platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and LabVIEW for scripting and data acquisition.
- Hands‑on experience integrating IoT devices and working with communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to produce technical documentation, and effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
