About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily provisioning and de‑provisioning of Epic application access for a large hospital user base.
- Collaborate with the IAM/IGA team to define Epic roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and access review processes.
- Support the design and implementation of automation solutions for joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios.
- Monitor and audit Epic access logs to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and remediate access‑related security incidents and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Epic application security or similar EHR systems.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with access provisioning, role‑based access control, and automated workflow tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices, audit procedures, and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
