Epic Application and Technical Manager - OKLAHOMA CITY INDIAN CLINIC

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end Epic implementation, configuration, and maintenance across clinical, dental, optometry, and behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative stakeholders to define requirements, develop workflows, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Lead training, change management, and support initiatives to maximize user adoption and system efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, conduct data quality reviews, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, ensuring projects stay on scope and within cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing Epic implementations in a multi‑service clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Meaningful Use, etc.) and quality metrics.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
