As an Environmental Test Engineering Manager 2, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute tests for aerospace and defense systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of our products. You will also collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with environmental testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of environmental test engineers to design, develop, and execute tests for aerospace and defense systems.
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of our products.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with environmental testing.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental test engineering, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of test engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
