About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the technical execution of water‑services projects, including water supply, distribution, and wastewater systems.
- Develop and review hydraulic models, pipe network designs, and water‑quality analyses using industry‑standard software.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and environmental specialists to ensure integrated, code‑compliant solutions.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct peer reviews, and promote best practices in design and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Water Resources Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in water‑services design and project leadership.
- Proficiency with hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., EPANET, HEC‑RAS) and CAD/GIS software.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal water‑related regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership abilities.
