About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user support requests via ticketing system and phone, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, including password resets and group policy updates.
- Assist with network connectivity problems, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative support team.
